What can ventilation unit servicing include?
The scope of service depends on the unit, its age and the symptoms observed. Work may include checking filters and fans, inspecting heat recovery, cleaning the unit and investigating controls and alarms.
When should you arrange a service?
- The unit gives an alarm or displays an error code.
- The fan or unit makes an unusual noise.
- You do not know when the filters were last changed or the unit was last serviced.
- The ventilation does not seem to work normally.
