Servicing tailored to the model
Airfi models differ in construction, controls and settings. Knowing the model and age of your unit helps us plan the service. The model and serial number can usually be found on the unit's rating plate.
A service may include checking
- Filter condition and whether replacement is needed.
- Heat exchanger cleanliness and condensate drainage.
- Fan operation and cleanliness.
- Controls, sensors, alarms and app connectivity.
An Airfi alarm or unusual operation
Tell us what the control panel displays and when the symptoms began. We will investigate the situation and agree on the next steps. We serve the Helsinki metropolitan area and elsewhere in Finland when needed.
We also service ventilation units from other manufacturers, with particular expertise in Airfi and Enervent.
